Third Place — Cafe Interior, Kharadi
A cafe targeting the Kharadi IT crowd, where the lunch peak lasts ninety minutes and every square foot has to earn during it. The design was a seating-mix problem before it was a style problem.

The operator needed maximum covers at lunch and a space that felt calm enough for a two-hour laptop session in the afternoon. Those two requirements pull in opposite directions.
What we changed
- Mixed high-turn two-tops near the counter for the lunch peak with deep banquettes at the back for longer stays.
- Designed two lighting scenes — bright and high-CRI for lunch, warm and dimmed for the afternoon and evening.
- Coordinated the exhaust and gas route with the kitchen vendor before finalising the ceiling.

Outcome
The cafe hits its lunch cover target and holds afternoon laptop trade without the two groups fighting for the same seats.
