This policy explains what happens to information you send through ilikainteriors.in. It applies to enquiries, calls and emails received by ilika Interiors.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive the name, phone number, email address, area, project type, approximate area and any message you write. We also receive standard server logs containing your IP address and browser type from our hosting provider.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry and, if you proceed, to prepare drawings, quotations and contracts. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without a separate opt-in.

Who we share it with

We share project details only with the vendors and contractors required to deliver your project — for example a carpentry workshop, stone supplier or electrical contractor. We do not share your information with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project records, drawings and invoices are retained for the period required by tax and warranty obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@ilikainteriors.in and we will respond within thirty days.
